About This Product

A piston type accumulator is an accumulator that uses a free piston to separate the gas filling the accumulator from the pressurized liquid. This is a highly reliable accumulator that will not cause unexpected accidents such as bladder damage. It is also possible to produce accumulators that are extremely large or have an extremely high flow rate, which cannot be achieved with bladder-type accumulators.

■Features

・Sliding resistance is low due to the use of low-friction packing. ・There is no limit to the ratio between N2 gas preload and oil pressure. - Large gas capacity and high pressure types can also be manufactured.

■Notes

・Large flow rate types can also be manufactured as special specifications. ・ASME stamp, CE (PED), and products certified for China can also be produced. ・Can also be used with flame-retardant hydraulic oil and chemical fluids. - Compatible with cleanliness equivalent to NAS6 class.
