■Features

External lubricating devices are used to eliminate tableting problems (sticking and capping) that previously occurred when forming pharmaceutical tablets, tablet confectionery, bath salts, etc. using tablet machines, or to improve formability (bondability). The aim is to improve the In particular, our external lubricating device is an epoch-making device that sprays and applies a small amount of lubricant to the tips of the upper and lower punches and the mortar holes.

■Automatic control of spray concentration and spray air flow
