■Understanding the fatigue strength of resin materials due to impact
This is a device that applies impact fatigue by repeatedly applying an impact load to the test piece by setting a test piece (square) and moving the impact hammer up and down.
The mechanism converts the rotational motion of the motor into the lifting motion of the hammer block via bearings. Using this device, it is possible to understand the fatigue strength of resin materials under impact. Impact energy from 0.5 to 1J can be selected, allowing tests to be performed assuming various cases.

■Compatible with 2 patterns: bending impact test and gear impact test
This device can test two patterns: bending and gear. If you have space for one machine, you can use it differently depending on the purpose.
■You can specify the number of load applications.
The test can be automatically terminated at any number of loading times set on the integration counter. When the number of load loads set in the preset counter is reached, the test will end after the motor decelerates and stops. There is a deceleration rotation of approximately 2 rotations, and the structure is such that the red indicator light lights up at this time.
The test end status can be canceled by pressing the test stop switch after resetting the count up. This makes it possible to test any pattern by combining it with impact energy.
Equipment with safety in mind
■Protective cover limit switch
The protective cover limit switch is a device that detects the open/closed status of the protective cover on the front of the test machine. When the protective cover is opened, this tester will go into an alarm state, the yellow indicator light will turn on, and you will not be able to start the test. If you open the protective cover while the motor is rotating, the motor will stop instantly. If you press the test stop switch with the protective cover closed, the alarm condition will be canceled.
■Displacement sensor
Breakage is detected by a displacement sensor. You can set how many mm the test should be moved from the test start position to end the test.
■Compatible test piece
・Bending impact test piece…Suitable for single-sided and double-sided types (10 mm square, 110 m length)
・Mock gear test piece…10mm square x 110mm length
