GIGA QUAD® YRB300L is a device for investigating the fatigue strength of rotating shaft materials. YRB300L is a heavy type with a maximum load of 85kg. It can also be used to evaluate low cycle fatigue, which is important in the design of structures subject to high stress. Furthermore, we have improved the conventional GIGA QUAD® series based on the design concept of ``taking into account the safety of the testing machine user and realizing easy-to-use, space-saving, and highly efficient testing'', which has improved safety and design. This testing machine complies with JIS Z3147 "High-speed load rotating bending fatigue test method for aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys". 3 features ■ Speedy data collection Collecting gigacycle fatigue data requires a long experimental period. What is important to note is that the 108th experiment takes about 20 days, and the 109th experiment takes about 200 days. To create an S-N curve, test results with six or more stress patterns are required, and with a single testing machine, it would take 426 days to create one S-N diagram. However, our testing machine can perform four types of tests at the same time, making it possible to significantly shorten testing time. Additionally, by distributing the tests to four chuck sections, gigacycle fatigue test data can be collected in approximately 200 days. Therefore, it is possible to create an S-N curve in a short time, and experiments can be performed with high efficiency. We also sell a speed adjustment unit as an option. The speed can be accelerated up to 4,000 RPM, allowing you to conduct experiments more quickly. Also, unlike ultrasonic fatigue testing machines, a cooling device is not required. ■Smooth test piece attachment/detachment By using a collet chuck in the specimen gripping part, it is possible to remove the specimen reliably. This specification prevents the specimen from sticking to the chuck during long-term experiments. Additionally, by replacing the collet, it is possible to hold different specimen shapes. ■ Core runout less than 0.03mm, highly reliable data collection We are a company that has been engaged in metal processing for many years.
