■High sensitivity light scattering and focusing structure

Laser light is scattered by particles. Sensitivity is significantly improved by concentrating the scattered light with an aspherical lens and efficiently transmitting it to the light receiving sensor.

■Stray light measures

When there are no particles, the laser beam travels straight and the absorber suppresses stray light (noise), which prevents unnecessary light from entering the light receiving sensor, making it possible to measure low concentrations.
