With FROPS, all data is linked, from purchasing to quotation, sales, billing, inventory management, and various aggregations. Data is centrally managed in an online database, so each person in charge can enter and edit their own data from the installed FROPS.

■Data linkage

The price of purchased products is reflected in the inventory and displayed as the inventory amount. Also, to transfer an issued quotation to a delivery note, simply select the quotation from the sales process. Invoices are automatically recorded as invoices if there is a delivery note from a business partner whose due date has arrived before the processing date. Billing processing is as simple as checking the information for errors and printing.

■Start operation without master registration

You can start operation without master data. You can start inputting from any of the quotation, purchase processing, and sales processing screens. If data that does not exist in the master is entered, the product will be automatically registered in the master when the data is saved. The "Suggestions List" is always displayed on the right side of the screen. When you enter an item that can be selected from the master, such as product number or product name, a list of products is automatically displayed, and when you start inputting the product number or product name, the list is narrowed down to candidates that include that product number. When you select a product from the candidate list, the product number, product name, unit, and unit price are also set. If you start operation without a product master, nothing will be displayed in the candidate list at first, but products that are not in the product master will be automatically added to the master when data is saved, so as you continue operation, the candidate list will be displayed. The number of products displayed will increase. In addition, the candidate list is displayed not only for the product master, but also for various items selected from the master, such as business partners and persons in charge. Once you use a product, it will be displayed in the candidate list next time, so you will be freed from the troublesome work of copying and pasting from other quotations.
