About This Product

There are two types of inspection parts: percussion method (A) and proximity sensor method (P).

■Features

・Stores up to 99 types of product setup data (common) ・Autotrack: Automatically moves the emission level when the average value changes (common) ・Detects vacuum (positive pressure) defects from the cross-sectional shape of the lid diameter using a combination of proximity sensor (P) and DSP (digital signal processor) - Inspection possible even if there is no head space (even if the item is attached to the back of the lid) ・Inspection accuracy and reliability are outstanding compared to methods that measure only one point in the center of the lid or optical methods. ・Select sensor size and inspection method (line, point, beverage method) suitable for the product
