About This Product

The basic model has 8, 10, and 12 filling nozzles, but if you use an 8 controller module, you can have up to 96 channels (12 x 8).

■Features

・The system consists of a filling pump, actuator, and controller. ・Incorporable filling pump and discharge volume per stroke *Multi-row filling is possible SF (Small frame) 0.007 to 200 μl 0.013 to 400 μl LF (Large frame) 0.07 to 2,000 μl 0.13 to 4,000 μl ・The servo motor actuator is equipped with only one motor, which drives all filling pumps at the same time. ・The filling pump can be easily attached and detached for replacement, cleaning, and sterilization. - The wetted parts of the filling pump are made of 99.8% alumina, so it has excellent durability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and safety. Also, autoclave sterilization is possible. ・Filling can be turned on and off for each channel ・CE mark
