About This Product

Fully automatic labeling system designed for glass or plastic syringes and other similar cylindrical containers. This system is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the international pharmaceutical industry and all regulatory agencies including the FDA. Syringes are fed into the vibrating feed truck directly from customer's existing upstream equipment, manually, or by an optional syringe feeding system. From the vibrating track, the syringe enters the indexing star wheel for transfer to the label applicator assembly. For accurate labeling, as the syringe passes under the sensor, individual labels are detected at the labeling point (with optional product orientation) and the label feed is activated at that point . The tip of the label is pushed out of the backing paper at a linear speed that matches the speed of the syringe. This ensures highly accurate label placement.
