About This Product

■Features・No scratches when bending stainless steel, aluminum, and colored steel plates.
・Prevents wear and welding of molds due to surface-treated steel plates, etc.
- By making high-tech fibers with high elongation into a knitted form, it absorbs the force of being drawn into the V-bottom, and the tape that holds the sheet in place does not come off, making it extremely workable.
- By shifting the sheet, it can be used in several locations, making it highly economical.
- Just cover the sheet over the mold and tape it in several places.
・Super fiber used in bulletproof vests and spacesuits.
- By knitting this super fiber, which is stronger than iron, into a stretchy knit, it absorbs the stretch drawn into the lower part of the V groove, prevents the sheet from tearing, and achieves high durability.

■Easy to usePlace it over the V groove of the die to avoid wrinkles, and secure it with tape at the front and back. It can be used repeatedly by shifting the damaged area. Can also be used for dies with large V grooves.

■The same TON number and V width as for normal processing are OK.The thickness of the Kizunon sheet is 1.0mm, but it compresses to about 0.1mm when pressurized, so if the V width is 4mm or more, it can be used without widening the V width.

■Example of use for large V groovesWhen using a die with a wide groove, apply the sheet from both sides of the die to the shoulders of the V. If the sheet becomes damaged, it can be used economically by feeding it inside the V.
