Features of ProConsheet
■Reduces pinholes and voids on the concrete surfaceThe ProCon sheet attached to the formwork absorbs air bubbles near the formwork and excess water from the concrete, creating a smooth concrete surface with no irregularities.

■Makes the surface layer of concrete denser and improves various physical properties.ProConsheet absorbs excess water in concrete, lowering the water-cement ratio in the concrete surface layer compared to the initial mixing ratio, resulting in a hard concrete structure. Therefore, water absorption rate can be reduced, and wear resistance, air permeability, neutralization, salt permeability, and freeze-thaw performance can be dramatically improved. The outline is as follows.

① Compressive strength: The formulations are the same and are equivalent. (Compressive strength: 40.0↔41.1kg/㎟)
②Water absorption rate: Can be reduced by 50%. (Water absorption rate; 1.0% → 0.5%)
③Abrasion resistance: Can be improved by 56%. (Weight reduction: 2.5g→1.1g)
④Air permeability: Can be improved by 48%. (Air permeability coefficient; 0.128→0.066)
⑤Neutralization: Can be reduced by 30%. (Neutralization depth: 8.6mm→6.0mm)
⑥ Freeze-thaw: No surface scaling at all. (Durability index: 44% → 96%)
(7) Salt penetration: The period of time required to reach the critical concentration for steel corrosion is 1.7 times longer.
