About This Product

This is a constant temperature chamber for evaluation that supports high temperature heating tests (JIS C 8712) for small secondary batteries. In the unlikely event of deformation during high-temperature tests or ignition/rupture during heating tests, we can maintain a safe working environment and conduct evaluation tests with high accuracy. The configuration includes an independent hot air generator that eliminates contact with flammable gases, etc. At startup, safety measures include a pre-purge mechanism that heats the heater after exhausting residual gas, a protective guard inside the tank, an observation window for photography, and an explosion door.
