About This Product
This is a device that performs stable heat treatment at high speed. In particular, film drying and drying after film printing can be done on line. It also greatly contributes to the drying process associated with printing. Our unique workpiece temperature control method enables high speed and stable accuracy.
For annealing and drying various resin molded products, we use a combination of far-infrared heaters and Futaba's unique hot air method to process faster than conventional hot air methods.
*We will propose the temperature, conditions, size, and conveyance speed that are suitable for the application, the object to be heated, and the amount of processing.
■Features
・Short processing time approximately 1/5 to 1/40 of conventional batch processing
・Conveyor system allows for uniform irradiation
・Stability of quality/improvement of yield possible
■Recommended industries: Main uses
・Precision equipment/electronic parts: Drying of paint films (pre-cure/post-cure), heating/drying of paste (silver/oxide/resist)/glass/copper foil, drying/evaluation of coating agents, prepreg/liquid polyimide/adhesion Hardening of paste, etc., drying after base printing (post-cure of photomask/post-cure of base)
・Resin/Rubber: Secondary vulcanization of silicone rubber
■What is annealing?
For resin materials, heat treatment that softens the structure and improves malleability is called annealing.
During the plastic molding process, when expanded resin is press-fitted into a mold and rapidly cooled, molecular orientation distortion, residual distortion, molding shrinkage, post-shrinkage, etc. occur. Molded products that require mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability require secondary heating to deal with various phenomena.
■Drying/hardening
The fields of application of conductive paste are expanding, including the formation of electrode wiring for solar panels, coating and printing of energy materials for thin-film secondary batteries, and electronic components for mobile terminals such as smartphones and tablets, with particular emphasis on printing. "Printed electronics" using technology is attracting attention. For example, conductivity can be achieved by printing conductive silver paste on PET film and applying heat. Far infrared rays are effective for drying and curing at that time.
