About This Product

This equipment is designed to ensure safety when drying or heat treating hazardous substances such as solvents and chemicals. In conventional hot air circulation dryers, the flammable gas generated from the processed products is circulated without being exhausted, which increases the gas concentration in the tank and poses the risk of explosion or combustion. The multi-safety dryer uses a blower fan to bring in outside air and blows the air to the heating section to perform drying and heat treatment while providing constant ventilation. This suppresses the increase in the concentration of flammable gases and prevents explosions and combustion. Masu.

■Safety precautions

(1) For safe use, please use at 25% or less of the lower explosive limit concentration. (2) This device is not certified as explosion-proof. Do not use in hazardous locations (explosion-proof areas). (3) When installing this equipment for the purpose of drying, some models (MSO-80H) are drying equipment that requires notification of an installation plan and appointment of a drying equipment operation chief. (Relevant laws and regulations: Industrial Safety and Health Act Article 88, Industrial Safety and Health Regulations Article 85, Attached Table 7)
