About This Product

■Principle of test equipment The sample is placed in a container on a mobile cart equipped with a heating element (thermal jacket), and after it is sealed, it is placed in a two-part test chamber with a heating jacket on the inside. By automatically controlling the heating medium temperature to immediately follow the temperature rise of the sample, no heat flows in or out from the container surface, creating an adiabatic state. The temperature rise of the sample in this state is continuously recorded on the recorder. Therefore, it is possible to accurately measure the adiabatic temperature rise of the sample due to the heat of hydration of the cement. Features ■Verified high accuracy This method heats the container using a heat medium that circulates at high speed inside a jacket that is tightly attached to the outer surface of the container, so the temperature distribution is more uniform compared to conventional air circulation methods. The temperature control method uses a special PID control that allows the ambient temperature to immediately follow the center temperature of the sample, so there is almost no delay between the ambient temperature and the sample temperature. ■Can be tested at any driving temperature Since the test chamber can be maintained at any temperature above +5°C in advance through constant value control operation, it is possible to conduct tests on samples with any charging temperature above +5°C. ■Can be tested with full-sized samples The container has a cylindrical shape and has dimensions of φ60cm x H60cm, and two containers of φ30cm x H30cm for regular concrete so that uniform samples can be obtained even from concrete with a large maximum coarse aggregate size such as dam concrete. Since different types are available, tests can be performed on concrete samples of any mix. ■Installation surface aggressive small Because the equipment is arranged compactly, the installation area is much smaller than conventional air circulation type or water circulation type. ■Easy to operate The jacket of the test tank is double-opened, so the container can be pushed into the tank from the front and pulled out from the front, making it easy to put in and take out the container.
