This is an MRAM memory card in the PMC (PCI Mezzanine Card) form factor. It is also possible to install SRAM instead of MRAM as an option.

・Compliant with RoHS Directive
・Also compatible with 16Mbit MRAM (scheduled for mass production)
・Memory capacity is up to 32Mbyte (when equipped with 16Mbit MRAM)
・Equipped with LED to notify status
・Equipped with push switch to initialize memory
・SRAM can also be installed (optional)

・Device used: R1W3216RBG-5SR (manufactured by Renesas)
・Memory capacity up to 16Mbyte
・Memory configuration 4 32Mbit<2Mwordx16bit> devices connected (4 in parallel)
・Power supply voltage +3.3V (when energized), +3.0V (when running on battery)
・Battery device BR2032 (2 can be used)
・Battery life 2.2 years (Typ.)
