It has a Compac tPCI central resource function and is used by being installed in a system slot.

・Equipped with main memory DDR3 SDRAM, operating clock 400MHz, memory capacity 2GB
・Equipped with 128MB of flash memory that can be used for IPL and applications

・Can operate in a wide temperature range from -20℃ to +60℃
