■Product description

A comprehensive plating solution management system that combines a concentrating mechanism that greatly saves make-up water by concentrating and recovering the plating solution, and an electrolysis mechanism that simultaneously recovers metal components, adjusts concentration, and removes impurities. is.

■Features

・The water in the plating solution can be efficiently evaporated and concentrated, and the plating chemicals discharged during the washing process can be recovered. - Because it uses an atmospheric type evaporation mechanism that uses air, the structure is simple, there is no need to worry about decomposition of the plating solution, and there is no need for cooling water. - When applied to chrome plating, the attached diaphragm electrolyzer separates and removes impurities (cations) in the plating solution, preventing an increase in impurities due to recovery. - When applied to nickel plating, the attached electrodeposition device performs electrodeposition (metalization) or reverse electrolysis depending on the plating solution concentration to control the concentration to a specified level. ・It is extremely easy to operate, has few parts to break down, and requires no maintenance. ・Because it uses a low-temperature evaporation concentration method, the entire device is not overly strained and has a design structure with sufficient corrosion resistance. -Since this device is unitized, it requires less installation space and can be installed at lower labor costs than conventional devices.
