About This Product

■Product description

A large filtration machine exclusively for alkaline galvanizing baths with automatic filter cloth cleaning that achieves high filtration accuracy and excellent operability. It is ideal for plating baths with a volume of approximately 4,000 to 8,000 L, and the pre-coat type provides outstanding filtration accuracy. *Please prepare a filter media lifting device separately.

■Features

- The plating solution inside the filter is collected before cleaning, so there is almost no loss of plating solution due to cleaning. (Water washable type only) - Three types are available depending on the filter cloth cleaning method, further improving operability.

■F55A-H type Filter cloth cleaning automatic type

This is the cheapest and most popular type. Filter cloth cleaning is done automatically using water.

■F55A-A1 type Water cleaning automatic type

Valve operations for precoating, filtration, and filter cloth cleaning are performed automatically. Filter cloth cleaning is done automatically using water.

■F55A-A2 type Co-liquid cleaning automatic type

Valve operations for precoating, filtration, and filter cloth cleaning are performed automatically. Since the filter cloth is washed with a co-liquid (plating solution), the washing water is not discharged, and the filtered SS can be taken out as a dehydrated cake along with the filter aid.
