About This Product

■Product description

The Sepanar filtration system is a revolutionary fully automatic filtration system that uses a PTFE membrane as the filter medium and can continuously separate and concentrate suspended solids. Stable filtration accuracy can be obtained without using filter aids, reducing running costs and providing many benefits of not using filter aids.

■Precision filtration

・Continuous separation of submicron particles is possible without using filter aids. It can be applied to a wide range of stock solution concentrations (10 to 10,000 mg/L) and provides stable accuracy (0.5 mg/L or less) regardless of concentration changes during operation. ・With instant back pressure cleaning, filter media can be cleaned and recovered in a short time, reducing downtime (non-filtration time). ・Easy to operate by simplifying pre-coating, cleaning, and discharging operations.

■Cake concentration recovery

- Cake concentration by repeated filtration and backwashing. ・Cake recovery with high concentration ratio (100 to 3,000 times). ・Since no filter aid is used, pure cake concentration and recovery is possible.

■Improvement of separation/filtration process

・Conventional separation processes such as flocculation/sedimentation/filtration can be integrated with the Sepanar filtration system, resulting in significant process improvements in equipment costs, installation space, maintenance, etc. ・Since no flocculants or filter aids are used, the amount of waste can be reduced and running costs can be reduced. ・Two-stage filtration processes for concentrated liquids such as centrifugation/microfiltration can be processed in one stage using the Sepanar filtration system.
