About This Product

■Product description

The filtration system that combines the FD type filter and the FK/PF type dehydrator has high filtration accuracy, can recover backwash liquid without wasting it, and stabilizes the quality of surface-treated steel sheets. It is used in surface-treated steel sheet lines such as EGL/CGL/ETL, and has a domestic market share of over 80% in this field.

■Features

- Non-precoated, achieves filtration accuracy equivalent to precoated filtration. ・Since no filter aid is used, sludge is kept to a minimum and running costs are low. ・Cleaning is quick and reliable due to instantaneous counter pressure co-liquid cleaning. The filtration process is interrupted for about 2 minutes. ・In combination with FK/PF type dehydrator, backwash liquid is collected and cake is automatically discharged after dehydration.
