About This Product
■Product description
This sand filter is ideal for wastewater filtration as it captures suspended solids (SS) through deep filtration using sand as a filter medium. It removes trace amounts of suspended heavy metals and fine suspended solids contained in wastewater to levels below regulatory limits, stabilizing the quality of treated water.
■Features
・The patented circuit automatically performs backwash operation reliably and stably, so the filled filter media can be used permanently.
・Since it operates fully automatically regardless of fluctuations in the flow rate of raw water, reliable treated water quality is always obtained and you can operate with peace of mind.
・It has a small installation area and is unitized for easy installation.
・An air backwash mechanism can be installed depending on the composition of the raw water quality.
・Especially for metal surface treatment factory wastewater, which has unstable water quality and is difficult to treat, it can reliably filter trace amounts of heavy metal hydroxides and fine suspended matter and stabilize the treated water quality below regulation values.
・As a closed system device, it is also effective in combination with pre-treatment equipment such as COD removal, RO, and ion exchange.
