About This Product

■Product description

This sand filter is ideal for wastewater filtration as it captures suspended solids (SS) through deep filtration using sand as a filter medium. It removes trace amounts of suspended heavy metals and fine suspended solids contained in wastewater to levels below regulatory limits, stabilizing the quality of treated water.

■Features

-One-touch valve operation eliminates the need for troublesome valve operations when changing processes such as filtration and backwashing. - Due to the unique shape and three-dimensional arrangement of the packed filter media, it captures a larger amount of suspended solids than conventional filter media layers. - The specific gravity of the filled filter media is low, so the amount of washing water required for backwashing is small. Also, if you use the air bubbling method, you can save a lot of water for cleaning. ・By adopting it as a component of the “Econovac System®” (recovery/reuse system), the overall processing efficiency of the entire system will be further improved.
