About This Product

■Product description

This is a filter with a built-in instant co-liquid back pressure cleaning mechanism, and is a pre-coated filter that can handle medium to large volumes of plating solutions. A "filtrate" chamber is built into the top of the filter, and instant backwashing is performed with clean liquid, allowing for reliable cleaning in an extremely short period of time. In addition to pre-coated and non-pre-coated cake filtration, by combining it with a dehydrator, it is possible to automate filtration, cleaning (backwashing), collection of backwash liquid, and sludge discharge.It has a wide range of applications and has a rich track record for various solutions. .

・With instant back pressure co-liquid cleaning, the filter media can be recovered in a short cleaning time of approximately 2 minutes. ・Easy maintenance with simple tubular type filter media and filter cloth. ・The process of precoating → filtration → cleaning has a simple circuit and easy operation, making it ideal for automation.
