■Product description
This is an oil/water separator that floats and separates the oil in the degreasing liquid, filters out suspended solids, maintains clarity, and reduces plating defects.
■Features
・The OZ/OY series has achieved a significant reduction in plating defect rate and total cost.
・The OZ type floats and removes floating oils and fats, making it ideal for the first stage degreasing liquid.
・The OY type removes floating oils and fats by flotation, adsorbs and removes dispersed oils, and filters out solid impurities, making it ideal for initial degreasing liquids and electrolytic degreasing liquids.
・Circulating filtration using a combination of OZ and OY series always maintains the same clarity as new liquid and exhibits its effectiveness.
・Reducing the burden of wastewater treatment, especially COD countermeasures.

・Plating pretreatment bath (degreasing liquid)
・Pre-treatment bath for painting process
・Car wash wastewater treatment
- Gray water from machine factories (rainwater countermeasures, etc.)
