About This Product

■You can easily observe time for various tasks and tasks using your iPhone or iPad.

Photos and time stamps developed in collaboration with Kuno Metal Industry Co., Ltd. to more accurately, easily, and quickly perform process analysis and process improvement of standard work, which is essential for improving productivity. This is a camera app for time observation work that combines the following. The time observation work, which until now varied depending on the person taking the measurements, can now be standardized by accurately recording it with a camera app.

■Before using the TPS camera

・Define standard work. ・Standard work is repeated and learned so that workers can perform standard work accurately. - Confirm whether the worker is performing the standard work accurately.

■How to use TPS camera

・Use a TPS camera to photograph standard work and check the number of processes. ・Enter the confirmed number of processes in the number of processes setting in the settings. - Shoot a video at the start, press shoot at the start of each process and shoot 10 cycles. ・Enter your results on the time observation form while checking the photos and videos you took. ・Create a standard work combination sheet from the information analyzed on the time observation form. ・Start improving the standard work from the materials, photos, and videos you have created. ・We will observe the improved standard work over time using a TPS camera, confirm it, and make improvements.

■Main functions

- By pressing the button at the start of each process, you can take a time-stamped photo. ・Additional information such as observation time, lap time, cycle, number of each process, date and time is displayed on the time stamp. ・Time stamp information can be output as CSV. ・While checking the screen for time observation, press Start to start taking photos and videos at the same time, and Stop to end the shooting. *Video shooting time is 10 minutes. ・Photos taken during time observation are stored and organized in separate folders for each observation. -You can move the selected photo to the photo folder. ・Skip function. (Skip a step or cycle.) ・Maximum number of processes is 99. - Can be applied to various time observations depending on how you use it.
