Main information security measures functions
■Operation log management
Operation log You can record everything about ``who operated'', ``when'', ``on which PC'', ``for how long'', ``what file'', and ``how''.
■Web access management
Records ``viewing'', ``writing'', ``downloading'', and ``uploading'' to prohibited sites. Additionally, you can immediately display a warning to users who try to view it, or you can prevent them from viewing it at all.
■Device management
You can restrict or prohibit file operations (copying, deletion, etc.) to unauthorized USB memory, CD/DVD drives, smartphones, tablets, etc.
■Email management
Records the contents of emails sent from Outlook. You can also display a warning if a prohibited file is attached and sent. By introducing LanScope Guard, another product from M-O-Tex, you can monitor all emails on the server side and even record who sent what email to whom.
