This is an IoT service jointly developed by Microlink (cloud development) and Kuno Metal Industry Co., Ltd. (manufacturing) using Microsoft Azure. This is a real-time checklist type cloud service that enables the realization of DX for all company-wide operations in order to optimize the entire company and all operations. By standardizing, manualizing, and visualizing all operations, we prevent work from becoming individualized and improve adaptability to change, sustainability, and competitive advantage.
■What is IoTGO DX?
IoTGO DX visualizes not only equipment and machines, but also analog operations performed by people, understanding the operation of the entire company, and improving productivity. By creating a checklist of company-wide business procedures and content in chronological order, it can also function as a business manual. Checklists are entered every time a business procedure is completed and the results are displayed in real time, so you can always keep track of the company's overall business accomplishments and operating rates.
By checking business content and creating a manual list, we promote optimization and standardization, prevent common knowledge, and elevate business content and procedures to company assets. Transferring skills and training new employees due to worker changes can be carried out smoothly, and the digitized check manual list is ideal for paperless operations.
