Twice Reflected Crobit
■Clovit makes it easy to secure a conveyance route
Image the side of the workpiece from diagonally above. In most cases, the Crobit is placed above the workpiece, so there is no need to worry about the Crobit interfering with the transport of the workpiece. Although it is possible to look down at the workpiece at any angle, it is generally 45 degrees or 30 degrees from the horizontal.

■3 45 degree sides simultaneously (45 degree twice reflected crobit)
It is possible to simultaneously capture an image from diagonally above the workpiece and an image from the front through it. The workpiece transport path is circular, and the Crobit is installed so that it does not become an obstruction to the transport path. Since half of the workpiece can be inspected in one stage, the entire circumference can be inspected in two stages.
■30 degrees 3 sides simultaneously (30 degrees twice reflected clobit)
We use a 30-degree diagonal Crovit to ensure that it does not obstruct the transport path of the hoop material, and at the same time capture images of the sides at the shallowest possible angle. A 30 degree diagonal Crovit is more expensive than a 45 degree diagonal Crovit. This is because the part of the optical path from the workpiece where total reflection cannot occur is coated with a reflective coating.
■Two acute angles at the same time (acute angle double reflection clobit)
This Crovit allows you to photograph the depression of the workpiece or the wall of the counterbore from diagonally above. This is used when it is not possible to insert the Crobit into the workpiece due to transport system or takt constraints. The Crovit is installed above the workpiece and away from it, so it does not interfere with the transport of the workpiece. You can freely set the angle from which you look down. However, since you are looking down steeply, there will be a noticeable difference in focus between the top and bottom of your field of view, so please choose a lens with as deep a depth of field as possible.
■Multi-sided division (multi-sided Crobit)
This Crovit is capable of dividing and photographing the outer and inner circumferences of cylindrical and round workpieces from diagonally above. Arrange multiple twice-reflected clobits as described above. You can adjust the focus between the clear focus and the focus on the inner and outer edges.
