About This Product
Crobit is a world-patented product manufactured by combining our precision prisms. It is widely used as an innovative technology in the fields of image inspection equipment and laser marking. Using the optical path length correction function of the glass, it is possible to focus on multiple surfaces simultaneously for imaging and laser marking. We propose new methods for simplifying equipment, reducing costs, saving space, and improving takt times.
cutting edge crobit
■It is a simple and easy-to-use Crobit.
The cutting edge Crovit bends the image 90 degrees, allowing you to simultaneously focus on the front side of the workpiece and the side image of the workpiece that is imaged through the Crovit. The idea is simple, so it can be used in various combinations. When using laser marking, it is possible to mark the front and sides at the same time.
■Simultaneous shooting of 2 sides
・It is possible to simultaneously capture images of the top and side surfaces of the workpiece.
- Often used for inspecting the top and side surfaces of continuous workpieces such as hoop materials, and inspecting the inside of connectors. It is also widely used for simple purposes such as taking images inside holes and for guiding light.
・Can be used in the same way for laser marking. Since the laser light path is radiated with the exception of some models, placing the Crobit on the optical axis eliminates the need to adjust the tilt of the Crobit.
■3 simultaneous shooting
・It is possible to simultaneously take three images of the two sides of the workpiece and an image of the front view.
・Used for testing the coplanarity of IC legs. This method is often used when inspecting three sides of a workpiece simultaneously on one stage while the workpieces are being conveyed through a parts feeder. It is also used when modifying conventional equipment to add inspection surfaces without increasing the number of inspection stages.
■5 simultaneous shooting
・It is possible to simultaneously capture images of 4 sides of the workpiece and 5 images of the front view.
- Since this method requires the workpiece to be inserted into the Crobit, it is often used to pick up the workpiece with a suction pad or the like and insert it into the Crobit. It is mainly used for inspecting chip parts, etc. If the Crobit is small, it will be difficult to clean the inside of the square hole, so it is not suitable for inspecting minute workpieces.
