About This Product

MRAM uses magnetic material as part of the memory element material, and records signals by changing the state of magnetization. It is classified as non-volatile memory, which retains recorded information even if power is lost. MRAM is as easy to increase recording density as DRAM, and consumes less power. Unlike flash memory, it is non-volatile and can maintain memory even without electricity, but it also has extremely high read and write speeds.
