■Summary
The IBC container is a composite medium-sized container (IBC 1,000L container) made of high-density polyethylene. Regardless of whether it is dangerous or non-dangerous, it can be used to transport chemicals, food, etc. safely and at low cost, both domestically and internationally.
・International transport: Meets the requirements of the IMDG code as a container for transporting dangerous goods.
・Domestic transportation: Meets the standards of the Fire Service Act.

Compatible with a wide range of applications
・Industrial hazardous chemical liquid
The inner container is made of high-density polyethylene (minimum wall thickness 1.7mm), so it has excellent chemical resistance, oil resistance, and corrosion resistance.
・Food grade solution
We have obtained the Food Sanitation Law Standards and Standards Certification (Ministry of Food, Health, and Welfare Notification No. 370) "Japan", and not only the IBC container itself, but also the accompanying cap, plug, and gasket have been certified.
■Efficient use of space
- Since it is a rectangular parallelepiped container, the space for 5 drums can be filled with 4 drums.
- 1,000L of contents can be stored in the storage space of 4 drums, allowing approximately 35% space savings.
・Storage space can be further saved by stacking. Contents: Up to 2,000 kg or dangerous goods: Can be stacked in two layers. Up to 960kg: Can be stacked in 3 layers. Without: Can be stacked in 5 layers (when indoors and earthquake resistant)
■Economical form of transportation
It is possible to improve the transportation efficiency of the filled material and significantly reduce the transportation cost per liter. Can be efficiently loaded into marine shipping containers (20/40ft).
■Light weight and durable
The weight of the Power Tote P is approximately 62 kg, which is extremely lightweight. This is about half the cost of five steel drums, greatly contributing to efficient cargo handling and improved transportation efficiency.
