■Built-in smart scanner
The barcode on the reel is automatically read inside the device during counting. Even when counting 4 reels at the same time, the device automatically determines which reel is where. It is okay to take out the items in an irregular order. Labels are automatically output in the order they are taken out. Workers simply label the items in the order they receive them.
■Overwhelming counting performance
It boasts an overwhelming number of libraries, has a counting accuracy of 99.99%, and can count 0402mm with an amazing 99.95% to 100%. (There is also a count record of 0201mm)
■Can be counted at two levels of height (V1 model)
Component size and detector distance pose challenges to counting accuracy in many devices. This problem has been solved by the patented two-height tray, which is inexpensive and allows for stress-free counting of both large and small parts.
