About This Product

After many years of trial and error, a pyramidal collet made of resin was realized, and resins (Vespel SP1, PEEK, etc.) were added to the options for manufacturing pyramidal collets. (Previously, it was only made of metal.) Making it made of resin reduces chipping, and there are also evaluation results for good pickup. We also support rapid design and parametric design according to specifications such as chip size and distance between adjacent chips. If you let us know the shape of the mounting part, the chip size (W, L, H) and the gap between the chips, we can design it and make a proposal right away.
