``Micro-order molded products'' can be made of polycarbonate (PC), olefin resin, etc., just like regular injection molded products. By taking advantage of the characteristics of general-purpose resins, we can mass-produce molded products that are hard, rigid, durable, and easy to use.
In addition to rib shapes, uneven shapes, and flow path shapes, it can also be applied to a moth-eye structure that applies biomimetics*6, which provides reflection, water repellency, and antifouling performance due to the lotus effect.

■Continuous convex shape achieves water repellency without fluorine coating
Two functions, water repellency and hydrophilicity, can be added to the surface of molded products. The pillar structure is formed in a grid pattern to achieve water repellency with a contact angle of 130° or more.
