About This Product

The resin tray remains in place from freezing to the freezer, making it easy to process and move. This is a liquid-type ultra-quick freezing device with a space-saving and compact design. Easy operation with automatic operation using individual timers. The overwhelming freezing speed prevents quality deterioration and umami components from dripping out during freezing. Space-saving and compact design.

■Further reduction in freezing time and stability

The agitator uses a pulsating circulation method controlled by an inverter, and the alcohol convection control reduces freezing time. Since there is no direct coil inside the tank, there is no circulation or temperature unevenness, achieving uniform cooling and shortening freezing time. By using a plate heat exchanger, we have secured a large heat transfer area, achieving high efficiency and maintaining a stable freezing temperature. The alcohol brine is uniformly applied 360° by the circulation pump and the agitator, which prevents uneven freezing. A high-performance strainer removes impurities in the alcohol brine, creating a constantly clean environment that prevents equipment and auxiliary equipment from malfunctioning.
