About This Product

Continuous boiling sterilization and cooling enables high-volume processing with high efficiency. Pump circulation method ensures no temperature unevenness. Outstanding power in improving product quality.

■High efficiency & labor saving

Simply place the resin container containing the product onto the gondola. Since the boiling and cooling processes are performed continuously, high efficiency and labor savings can be achieved.

■Stable temperature with little temperature unevenness

A circulation system is used in the boil and cool process, which tends to result in uneven temperatures. By maximizing the benefits of the circulation system, we minimize the impact on quality.

■Improve product quality

The boiling sterilization and cooling function suppresses the growth of bacteria and keeps the product fresh and delicious for a long time. Root vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products can be directly heated and cooled. In addition, it is ideal for all products that require cooking and heat sterilization, such as cooked processed products and jelly. (Vacuum cooking heating possible)
