About This Product

Even foods that contain air or easily float can be sandwiched between the upper and lower belts, making stable continuous freezing possible. (Patented) Liquid freezing enables freezing processing 10 to 20 times faster than air blasting, and prevents cell destruction during freezing, which is the biggest factor in deterioration of material and flavor during cryopreservation. This greatly reduces dripping and enables high-quality frozen storage that can be thawed with quality close to that before freezing, both in terms of color and flavor. The belt-type continuous liquid device uses a top and bottom belt system using plastic modules or stainless steel belts, making it possible to immerse food materials that contain air or are not suitable for liquid immersion into the brine solution while being suppressed by the upper belt. I did. By vertically adjusting the upper conveyor position and changing the height and position of the flights (partition plates) and side guards, it is possible to accommodate various frozen product thicknesses and dimensions.

Place the items to be frozen onto the belt. Products can be placed on the belt manually, or automatically loaded and placed using a shuttle conveyor, robot arm, etc. By matching the position of the partition on the belt to the product size, efficient and stable freezing is possible.

Since it is fixed to the upper and lower belts even while immersed in the brine solution, freezing can be completed in a constant shape without lifting up. The brine liquid in the tank is stirred by convection to stabilize the temperature inside the tank and improve freezing efficiency. (Patent application: Adopts super jet flow system)

At the exit, frozen products are automatically discharged continuously. In addition, the auto belt tension mechanism located at the outlet automatically adjusts the expansion and contraction of the plastic belt.

■This is an ultra-quick freezing device that is ideal for automatic processing and production lines.

Fully automatic loading and unloading is possible by using a shuttle conveyor, etc. to load materials into the device. By installing a boil-cool device of the same type upstream of the freezing device, fully automatic processing from heating to cooling to freezing is possible.
