About This Product

■SummaryRecess Inner® is a product (related to tamper-proof screws) that prevents bolts from being removed without authorization by inserting them into the holes (recesses) of bolt drive parts. It was developed to improve safety by reducing the risk of destruction and disassembly of machines and systems. Not only does it prevent unauthorized removal of bolts and reduce the risk of destruction or disassembly of machines and systems, but it also prevents dust from entering hexagonal holes, and it is also possible to identify the authority and permission to remove bolts. . It can be applied without modification to conventional hexagon socket head bolts, supporting standardization.

We have a lineup of 3 types (BARNACLE, FLAT, PLASTIC) with different characteristics, so you can choose the innerwear that suits your various purposes. The stainless steel "barnacle" and the steel (stainless steel color plated) "flat" can be removed using a special tool, and the resin "plastic" will leave traces if removed.

``Barnacle'' is made of stainless steel, so it has high rust resistance, and ``Flat'' is flat, so it is suitable for use in places where design is considered. "Plastic" comes in two colors, white and black, with the white color mainly intended for use indoors or on machine tools, and the black color mainly intended for use outdoors.
