About This Product
■Tapping screw for resin (nonsert®)
Nonsert®, a self-tapping screw for resin, has a small flank angle (sharp thread) and a triangular (onigiri) cross-section of the shaft, which reduces resistance when molding screws into resin products. Reduce. This is expected to 1. stabilize tightening by expanding the possible tightening torque range, and 2. shorten assembly and disassembly processes by eliminating the need for metal inserts.
In addition to general head shapes (pans, plates, and binders), our lineup includes products with low head heights (related: low head screws) and products with recesses to suppress cam-out during installation. Masu. In addition, Azumaneji also offers tapping screws for resins other than Non-Sert® (e.g. screws with hexalobular holes).
Azuma Neji's "Screw Fastening Lab Service" conducts fastening characteristic tests that help examine the tightening torque and pilot hole diameter of self-tapping screws. There are three types of head shapes for this product, each based on different standards.
■With QuaStix® hole
The QuaStix® hole is a cross-shaped drive with excellent torque transmission and is difficult to cam out. Although tools for regular H-shaped cross recesses can be used, special tools are also available.
