■Tapping screw for resin (nonsert®)
Nonsert®, a self-tapping screw for resin, has a small flank angle (sharp thread) and a triangular (onigiri) cross-section of the shaft, which reduces resistance when molding screws into resin products. Reduce. This is expected to 1. stabilize tightening by expanding the possible tightening torque range, and 2. shorten assembly and disassembly processes by eliminating the need for metal inserts.
