Features

■107kHz & 400kHz model for bass fishing

HE-8000 is a combination of wide beam 107kHz and spot beam 400kHz. Effective for searching for structure and baitfish in big lakes, and identifying hard bottoms.

■Slim design with high brightness bonded LCD & built-in GPS antenna

The HE-8000 has an 8.4-inch liquid crystal display with a high resolution of 640 x 480 dots, making it possible to display detailed reactions and characters more clearly. The high-brightness LCD (1,000 candela) makes it easy to see even in bright places such as direct sunlight, and the bonding LCD uses a special resin to bond the LCD display and cover glass to eliminate air gaps, improving visibility. Prevents condensation. Slim design with built-in GPS antenna allows installation anywhere. *If the main unit is installed at an angle of more than 25 degrees, reception will be difficult, so an external antenna will be required.

■Compatible with polarized sunglasses for a clear screen

When wearing polarized sunglasses, with conventional LCDs, colors may shift depending on the angle, but the bonded LCD of the bus model does not cause color shifts, so you can see a clear screen from any angle.

■Displays a wealth of information at high speed Equipped with an easy-to-read detailed nationwide map as standard.

Equipped with a high-performance CPU, the map rendering speed is among the highest in the industry, allowing smooth coastline display even when driving at high speeds. Not only place names but also large, easy-to-read Japanese notation. It also includes data on lakes, marshes, rivers, and dams across the country. Full of useful functions for bass fishing

■Equipped with depth mappingⓇ function

This function uses depth information from the fish finder and GPS location information to depict the seafloor topography on the map on the screen. Seabed relief and fishing reefs that are not represented on standard maps are visualized, making it easier to find the best fishing spots. Based on the obtained data, the depth up to 50m is displayed in color-coded intervals at 50cm intervals. Approximately 50 hours of depth and position information can be recorded in the device's internal memory. Data that cannot fit inside the main unit can be moved and saved to the internal map card or memory card KD05-C (optional). A map card or memory card can store 30 blocks of data in the built-in memory of the main unit.
