About This Product

■Safe plastic/vinyl welder that does not use needles

You can easily weld the area you want to weld by holding the handpiece like a stapler. Ideal for fixing food containers, food packs, and vinyl packaging

■Features

- Safe and easy welding with ultrasonic vibration (60,000 times per second). -The handpiece is lightweight and compact, making it easy to use even for small hands, and can be stored in the main unit. ・No metal needles, tape, or adhesives are used. The contact surfaces of the materials are instantly melted and bonded together. ・There is no contamination with the contents, and garbage separation during processing is easy. - Equipped with a dry firing prevention function to improve durability. ・Simply grip the thing you want to fix. Ultrasonic vibration automatically turns on and off. ・No residual heat is required, and it can be used immediately after turning on the power. ・If you use the optional welding metal fitting for checking the mating pack, you can check whether the package has been opened or not. ・The main body is small and lightweight and can be used anywhere. Comes with a suction cup stopper to prevent it from falling. Welds resin using frictional heat generated by ultrasonic vibrations. (Heat generation is instantaneous and the welded part does not get hot)

■Applications

・For fixing plastic containers (OPS, A-PET) such as food packs and net packaging ・For temporary fixing of synthetic clothing ・For fixing plastic bags, polybags, and blister packs ・Fixing of packaging films such as industrial films, resin tapes (tags, gardening tapes), etc. ・For fixing pack containers such as parts packs and blister packs. *This product is not suitable for sealing plastic bags to prevent moisture.
