■Product features

Our proprietary "Dynashock Modulation (DM) method" made possible by full digital technology provides the optimal cleaning power for your application, from soft to hard cleaning.

■What is DynaShock Modulation (DM) method?

The DM (abbreviation for DYNASHOCK MODULATION) method is capable of ranging from soft cleaning to hard cleaning by controlling the ultrasonic power ratio (modulation degree) that simultaneously generates two frequencies from the same vibrator while keeping the total output power constant. This is an oscillation method that provides optimal cleaning power. By adjusting the ratio of two types of ultrasonic power: a low-frequency component suitable for powerful cleaning and a high-frequency component suitable for low-damage, precision cleaning, the optimal cleaning effect can be achieved depending on the cleaning purpose, from powerful cleaning to precision cleaning. is obtained. In the WDX series, the ultrasonic power ratio of two frequencies is called the DM modulation degree. If the ultrasonic power of the low frequency component is PL and the ultrasonic power of the high frequency component is PH, the DM modulation degree is defined as PL÷PH.

■Features

・The DynaShock Modulation (DM) method reduces uneven cleaning and damage, and allows you to select the cleaning power according to the application, from precision cleaning to hard cleaning of metal processing parts. ・By selecting the DM modulation degree, uniform ultrasonic waves with high sound pressure are generated throughout the tank. This allows for even cleaning. A variety of functions have been achieved using the digital control method.

Stable ultrasonic cleaning is possible through optimal frequency control and ultrasonic output control.

■Improved maintainability

The auto-tuning function eliminates the need to adjust the oscillator when replacing the transducer unit.

■Wide power input

Compatible with power input AC200V to AC240V ±10%.

■Monitoring function

Output power can be managed using the front panel display.

■Abnormality diagnosis function

When an error occurs, an error message indicating the cause of the error is displayed, allowing quick response.

■Sweep function

By adding a sweep function to the DM method, even more uniform ultrasonic cleaning is possible.
