About This Product

This product is the atomization unit part of the JM series ultrasonic atomizer sold by our company. Please use it for experiments and equipment installation at universities, research institutes, etc.

■About sales of ultrasonic atomization unit (humidification/atomization)The Honda Electronics Group's ultrasonic atomization unit started with a romantic desire (Rainbow Project) to create rainbows in space using ultrasonic atomization technology. The ultrasonic atomization unit is a unit that was developed to be incorporated into our in-house developed ultrasonic atomization device in order to atomize water and spray it into space.

We received requests from companies requesting custom-made equipment and university research departments to sell just the atomization unit that creates fog, so we started selling just the unit on August 1, 2008. did. It has been used in various fields for many years because it can be purchased from just one piece and allows for prototyping and experimentation.

However, due to various factors such as the consolidation of electronic components, deterioration in availability, and a decrease in the market, it has become difficult to manufacture the HMC series currently on sale. Although we have considered withdrawing from this business, we will continue to sell ultrasonic atomization units by sharing them with the JM series of ultrasonic atomization units sold by our group company (Echotech).

・Atomization ability will be reduced.
・Oscillation circuit components are now made into chips
・Mounting screws are only M3 instead of M3 and M4 compatible.
・The oblique type of vibrator is no longer available.

■What is an ultrasonic atomization unit?An ultrasonic atomization unit applies high-frequency ultrasonic waves to a liquid, which accelerates water molecules and creates a water column. The liquid near the tip of the water column becomes atomized and becomes mist. This product is a set of an ultrasonic vibrator and an oscillator that drives the vibrator, and is intended to be incorporated into a device that uses this phenomenon to atomize liquid.

■Ultrasonic atomization unit 2.4MHz/3.0MHzThis product sells the atomization unit of the JM series of ultrasonic atomizers sold by our company. This time, when selling units, we added 3.0MHz, which was available for special order, to the lineup.
