About This Product

■Summary

Low-speed type that does not cause impact to loads or equipment. It has a slow operating speed and a correspondingly large capacity, making it suitable for applications such as horizontal pulling or infrequent applications. Structure/Features

■Control panel

Those with a controller come with an operation switch with an emergency stop button. Since it is a simple relay circuit, parts can be easily replaced during repairs. Wireless operation and speed control are also available.

■Motor

Uses a squirrel cage three-phase induction electric motor with high starting torque. Torque motors and air motors are also available.

■Drum

Made of steel that is strong enough to compress wire rope. There are also specifications that can wind up two or more ropes. Long drums, grooved drums, warping drums, etc. are also available.

■Reducer

Adopts a highly efficient helical gear. Closed type achieves low noise.

■Electromagnetic brake

Dry AC electromagnetic brake. It has excellent responsiveness and has a long life due to the use of sintered alloy as the friction material. Also available with oil damper (silencer).

■Others

Upper and lower limit switches, slack detection, wire rope restraint, overload prevention, different voltage, waterproof and explosion-proof specifications, and special coatings are also available. *Wire rope, hook, and power cord are not included. *WK55X only comes with a power cord. *WK55X comes with a pendant switch (operation cord: 3m). Additionally, the MAW-40 series comes with a pendant switch with emergency stop (operation cord: 5m). *WK55X is directly controlled, so limit switches cannot be added. If you want to add it, please contact us separately. *Upper and lower limit switches can be added to the MAW-40 series. *This is a made-to-order product. *WK55X uses a mechanical brake. *The MW-60 series uses a motor with a brake. *Rope speed is the value of the third layer. Please check the output calculation sheet for the load and speed of each layer.
