About This Product

■Summary

This is a hoist that can be carried by hand. It is easy to operate and has plenty of safety features. In addition to the wired operation type, we also offer wireless operation single and double remote control types.

■Operation

・BH-N300 series: 1 speed operation. ・Others: Two-speed operation, high speed and low speed, is possible. In addition, starting and stopping are slow, allowing operation with less load shaking.

■Safety device

- Overwinding prevention limit switch: Prevents the lower hook from pushing up into the main body due to excessive winding. ・Reverse winding prevention limit switch: When the wire rope is lowered too much or the wire rope digs into the lower layer, the wire rope is hoisted up during lowering operation to prevent the brake from winding backwards and not working. Please note that the baby hoist's brake is a mechanical brake that only works in one direction. ・Slip clutch: Even if the lower hook gets caught on a structure, the drive unit will spin idle and prevent failure. ・Emergency stop button: Available on wired operation types except the BH-N300 series. In addition, the wireless operation single remote control type and double remote control type have equivalent functions. ・Electronic control: Monitors voltage, current, operating time, etc. to prevent failures. (Excluding BH-N300 series)

■Winch rating

This refers to the allowable operating time when repeated operation is performed at the rated voltage and rated load using the cycle of "Hoisting 2m - Pause 3 seconds - Lower Hoisting 2m - Pause 3 seconds".

■Operation switch

- Pendant switch: A simple operation switch with only up and down buttons. - Pendant switch with emergency stop: Equipped with an emergency stop button. Also, press the up/down button two times to switch between high speed and low speed. ・Wireless transmitter: Horizontal transmission distance is 100m or more, vertical transmission distance is 50m or more. It also has a stop button that is equivalent to an emergency stop button. Please note that it operates on 3 AA batteries. ・Wireless transmitter with proprietary button: A wireless transmitter with a proprietary function added. * Exclusive function: This is a function to prevent misoperation that allows the baby hoist to be operated only with the wireless transmitter whose exclusive button is pressed, and not with the other wireless transmitter.
