About This Product

■Features

It has a built-in automatic feeder, achieving a binding capacity of up to 45 bundles per minute. Compatible with high-speed vertical pillow packaging machines (up to 90 bags per minute). Enables stable and high-speed operation with plenty of margin. U-shaped binding with the front open is also possible. Stack products that you do not want to bind tightly with tape in two or three tiers and tie them together softly. Inverting devices, lift conveyors, return arms, and automatic bag feeders are also available as line configuration options. Uses: Wieners, sausages, flat bags, drawstring bags, various slice packs, hamburgers, chikuwa, hanpen, udon noodles, and other binding. option

■Second transfer unit (RAM)

This is a transfer unit that transfers objects from the accumulation conveyor to the transport conveyor by the feeder unit and returns them to the accumulation conveyor after bundling them.

■Press roller (PRL)

This is a unit that passes the object under rotating rollers to hold it down and shape it. It consists of a motor roller to hold the object, a handle to adjust the height, and an inverter to control the rotation speed.

■Direction change guide

A conveyor that allows objects coming from upstream to pass through, hits rollers, changes direction, and flows downstream. When not in use, the conveyor itself rises, and the objects passing through it pass under the conveyor and are ejected from the chute to the outside of the machine.

■Reversing device (HRC)

This is a device that turns the object inside out. The direction of movement of the object is the same before and after passing through the machine.

■Reverse lower conveyor

This is a conveyor installed under the reversing device. An optional supply conveyor is available upon request.

■Packet loading device (PKD)

This is a device that automatically transfers and supplies pouches (small bags) cut out from the automatic pouch feeder and attaches them to the bound objects.

■Special safety cover compatible
