This product is a cargo handling device installed on tankers. We offer a lineup of products and hydraulic equipment, including cargo pumps, hydraulic supply units, operation panels, tank cleaning pumps, and ballast pumps.
■Features
・Installation of one submerged cargo pump per tank
・The cargo pump is hydraulically driven, and the drive machine is equipped with an oil motor, and the discharge amount can be variably controlled from the controller on the machine side or from the remote control panel.
・Mechanical seals are used for both the cargo side and the hydraulic oil side.
・Supports improved operating rates and safe cargo handling with excellent sealing performance and high durability
・The inside of the support pipe that supports the cargo pump from the deck is always kept in a dry atmosphere, and by adopting independent hydraulic piping on both the inlet and outlet sides, the amount of hydraulic oil used is reduced and the structure is easy to maintain. , contributing to lower environmental impact
・The exterior is made entirely of stainless steel, and can handle a wide variety of cargo such as liquid chemical products (IMO Type II, Type III), animal and vegetable oils, and refined petroleum products, allowing you to select the material according to the cargo being loaded.
・Suction strainer can be installed as an option for the cargo pump.
-The lineup of remote control methods includes an electric control panel installed in the cargo handling control room and a hydraulic control stand installed in the flying passage near the manifold. Supports control of a single controller on the machine side without a remote control panel.
