Non-contact measurement allows measurements without damaging the sample. The compact optical arrangement makes it possible to measure the surface texture of the inner diameter, which is difficult with existing non-contact detectors.
・Since the amount of deviation from the focal point is detected, there are no moving parts that follow the shape, allowing high-speed measurement.
・Since the laser light intensity can be changed in 20 steps, it is possible to measure even workpieces with low reflectance.
・With the auto-stop function, the detector automatically moves to the focal position, so no focusing is required.
