■Safety
Two-handed button activation type where the platen does not operate unless the push button is pressed with both hands. A double-pressing prevention device that prevents the platen from moving even if you press the boost button after the first punching process. We take safety into consideration with an emergency stop device that instantly stops the platen when you release the push button while it is in operation, and a photocell safety device.
■Easy to operate
The mold is installed in a vise type, so it is easy to remove and install. No matter how many times you attach and detach it, it stays in its original position, making it easy to adjust the alignment when reinstalling the chisel. The length of the stocker can be made to order.
■Structure
The machine does not warp even when subjected to heavy punching due to the robust monolithic casting frame. Equipped with anti-lifting device. The punching force is applied in the same direction as the platen, and the chisel does not loosen during punching because it is fixed in a strong vise in a direction perpendicular to the punching force.
